The hotel is ideally situated right next to the ski slopes, providing easy access to the Okushiga ski lifts. the rooms are large and well, appointed, with friendly staff who were attentive to our requests. the on, site restaurants serve excellent food and offer beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The hotel's exclusive location means that getting there can be difficult and time, consuming, with limited options for dining outside of the hotel.

Amazing staff and excellent service! the location was perfect, offering easy access to the ski lift and a beautiful view of the mountains. the lounge area was cozy and inviting, complete with a warm fireplace and comfortable seating. We particularly enjoyed the hot chocolate and snacks in the afternoon.
The menu options for dinner were a bit limited and quite formal, which we found to be a little stuffy. We would have preferred more casual and flexible options.

We loved the convenient location right next to the slopes, perfect for skiing. The staff was excellent, attentive and very prompt in dealing with our requests. They helped us with luggage delivery, ski equipment fittings, and arranged winter tire chains for our car when we needed them. Besides, the restaurants were excellent, featuring tasty food and providing an amazing view. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was not fully occupied, which made it more private and exclusive.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed the picturesque view of the surrounding area, which was particularly delightful during meals. the location was convenient for ski-in/ski-out access, cutting down on travel time.
The meals were a bit overpriced and limited in options. It would have been nice to have more casual dining options.

The staff were superb, friendly, and professional. Convenient location next to the ski lift. Large, well-appointed rooms. The slopes were not crowded.
